Generally, cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the scheduled departure date will receive a full refund, less a CHF 50 administrative fee. Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days prior to departure will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled departure date. Nova Adventures reserves the right to cancel a tour or experience due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or safety concerns. In such cases, a full refund will be offered, or the User may choose to reschedule the tour or experience for a later date.
